Terms & Conditions

Welcome to the Caesarea Vacation Home ("the Property" or "the Villa"). Use of this website and/or booking of accommodation at the Property is subject to the terms and conditions outlined below.

1. Definitions and Acceptance

  • Anyone who books or stays at the Property ("the Guest") confirms that they have read and agreed to these Terms, including the Privacy Policy and Accessibility Statement.
     

  • These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between the Guest and Gil Estate.

2. Booking and Payment Policy

  • Booking: A reservation is valid only upon receipt of written confirmation from the Property Owner and payment of a deposit/full amount, as per the agreed policy.
     

  • Payment: 50% upon booking, balance 14 days prior to check-in.
     

  • Security Deposit: A security deposit of 2,000 ILS may be required to cover damages or rule violations. This deposit will be returned within 7 days after check-out, subject to inspection.

3. Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellation up to 3 days before check-in: Full refund.
     

  • Cancellation from 14 days up to 4 days before check-in: 30% refund of the total amount.

4. House Rules and Property Use

  • Maximum Occupancy: Occupancy is strictly limited to the maximum number of people specified in the booking. Exceeding this limit is prohibited and grants the Property Owner the right to cancel the reservation without a refund.
     

  • Noise and Quiet Hours: Guests must maintain quiet and respect neighbors' privacy, especially during quiet hours (23:00–07:00).
     

  • No Parties: Holding parties, noisy events, or commercial activities at the Property is strictly forbidden unless approved in advance and in writing.
     

  • Smoking:Smoking is strictly prohibited in all interior spaces of the house. Smoking is only permitted in designated outdoor areas.
     

  • Damages: The Guest is responsible for any damage to the house, furniture, or equipment during their stay.​​

5. Legal Liability

  • Use of the pool, leisure facilities, and the entire Property is at the Guest's sole risk.
     

  • The Property Owner is not responsible for personal injury, loss, or theft of Guests' property during the stay.
